Fabric content and thickness, along with getting the right sizes - are all important considerations.

Preferred files are created in Illustrator with no placed images and all fonts turned to outlines.
Send art as .ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf file

Raster files can be sent with a minimum of 300dpi resolution at actual print size.
Send unflattened art as .tiff, .jpg, or .png file along with all font files used.

Maximum print area is 11" wide x 12" tall.
We cannot print over seams or zippers.
We can print up to four (4) spot colors per location.

For screenprinting, all artwork will be converted to a vector-based file format.
If your design is raster-based, we will need to 'vectorize' your image.

We offer a digital mock up via email to show *approximate* size, placement, and ink color choices for your print order approval.
These mock ups are digital approximations. We do our best to mimic colors and image size/placement, but they may not be fully accurate.

The screen printing process requires quite a bit to get set up and ready to print. That's why we have apparel minimums.
If a physical sample is necessary, all set up and shirts fees are charged.

Yes.
We have a 24-piece minimum of the same shirt style and color for each design we set up to print.
Sizes can be split any way you like. Larger sizes (2XL and above) have additional fees depending on styles.

We do not print single shirt orders. This type of project is best handled with digital printing.

Turn around time is between 7-21 business days.
If you have a deadline or timed event, please let us know with your quote request.
We do our best to hit all deadlines!

• Correspondence for designs, ordering, and billing will be conducted via Email.
• Estimates are valid up to 45 days.
• An estimate in .pdf file format will be sent via email for approval.
We will print exactly what is on the estimate. Changes can be made until you send an order approval.
• Minimum 50% deposit on estimate to start order.
• Payment can be made by check or credit card.
• Credit card processing fee is 3% of invoice total.
• Payment in full is due upon completion, or prior to order pick up.
